NAMA publishes quarterly report for Q1 2019

NAMA publishes a quarterly report under Section 55 of the NAMA Act. The latest report (for Quarter 1 2019) has been laid before the Oireachtas and is now available on the NAMA website at the following link: https://www.nama.ie/uploads/documents/Q1-2019-s55-Accounts-for-minister.pdf
The report is accompanied by a letter to the Minister for Finance which includes the following information:
- Profit for the period January-March 2019: €41 million (January-March 2018: €59 million)
- Total cash generated in the quarter: €0.3 billion (with a further €0.2 billion generated between 31 March and 21 June, bringing total cash generated since inception to €44.5 billion)
- A summary of NAMA’s progress in the Dublin Docklands SDZ and Poolbeg West SDZ and an update on its residential delivery and social housing activity – please note much of the information in these updates was previously published alongside NAMA’s 2018 Annual Report in May.
