PTSB appoints new Chief Risk Officer

WEDNESDAY 19^TH DECEMBER   Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc has announced the appointment of Mike Frawley as Chief Risk Officer following a competitive selection process. The appointment takes effect immediately.

Prior to joining Permanent TSB, Mike worked for HSBC where he was most recently Chief Risk Officer of HSBC Bermuda.

Mike brings extensive international banking experience to the role after spending 19 years in a range of positions spanning retail, commercial, wholesale, asset management, trade finance, strategy implementation and risk, in both developed and emerging markets. Mike grew up in Cork and is relocating home to Ireland.

In the new role Mike will be responsible for leading Permanent TSB’s Group Risk function and will be a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee.
