Publication of NAMA quarterly report

NAMA publishes a quarterly report under Section 55 of the NAMA Act. The latest report (for Quarter 3 2019) has been laid before the Oireachtas and is now available on the NAMA website at the following link: https://www.nama.ie/uploads/documents/Q3-2019-s55-Accounts.pdf
The report is accompanied by a letter to the Minister for Finance which includes the following information:
- Profit for the period January-September 2019: €60m reflecting the ongoing reduction in NAMA’s asset portfolio
- Total cash generated in the period January-September 2019: €0.8bn, with an additional €0.4bn generated from the end of September to mid-December 2019, bringing total cash generated since inception to €45.2bn
- A summary of NAMA’s progress in the Dublin Docklands SDZ and its residential delivery activity at end September 2019 (please note NAMA has subsequently published more recent information on the Docklands and residential delivery programmes to end December 2019 - available at https://www.nama.ie/news/press-statement-end-of-year-review-2019).
